SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer FREE Standard Shipping on All orders placed and shipped within the Continental US.
Greenhouses can be shipped directly to you or picked up at our shop in Fargo. All Greenhouses are
shipped via truck freight (LTL). All our greenhouses will require a forklift or skid steer for unloading. Riga
and Janssen greenhouses will typically come in multiple LONG crates and our Janssen greenhouses will
also usually have a tall crate on a single pallet. You will not be able to unload any of these items by hand
so it is advised to have equipment on site at time of delivery.
Some of our greenhouse accessories and other smaller products will ship either FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
46 North reserves the right to choose the carrier.
You will typically receive a tracking number within 24 hours of any purchase. Please note that some
greenhouse products may not be available for immediate shipping, so a tracking number may not be
available until it ships. While most of our products are available for immediate shipping, some, like custom
greenhouses, may take up to 16 weeks for delivery.
Items will typically ship within 5 business days. However, some greenhouses may take longer. In cases
where an item cannot ship within 5 business days, you will be contacted by us and a better estimated
time of delivery will be communicated.
RECEIVING SHIPMENT
Be sure to inspect your shipment for any damage before you open it and take pictures of any damage.
Please notify us within 3 business days of any damaged delivery. Your pictures will help us determine if
the shipper was at fault and allow us to get your order replaced at no cost to you.
If you refuse delivery of your order, please note that you may be charged a 25% restocking fee plus any
return shipping charges. These charges will come out of your refund. If your delivery is damaged, please
be sure to document the word “DAMAGED” when signing for the item on the shipper’s system. Contact us
immediately if this happens so we can work to rectify the situation.
RETURN POLICY
46 North is not responsible for ensuring compliance with any local building codes or statutes so please
understand your local codes before purchasing any greenhouse products.
If you need to return an item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to find a solution,
whether that be an exchange, replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued within 30 days. All returns
are subject to a review for approval. Returns must be in the original package and are subject to a 25%
restocking fee. You are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product was damaged or
defective upon delivery.
Please note that some greenhouse products are NOT eligible for return. These items will be marked as
such on their respective product page.
CANCELING OR MODIFYING AND ORDER
If you need to cancel or modify an existing order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to
cancel the order and issue a full refund within 30 days. If an item has already shipped, you will be
responsible for any return shipping charges and subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return approval.
